Mr. Dingsdale brings over 25 years’ experience in the capital markets to the position of President and CEO of Taku. As a founder and executive of Tangent Management Corp., he has substantial background in providing financial consulting and management services to publicly listed corporations. He has been involved in numerous going public transactions including seed financings, initial public offerings, reverse takeovers and plan of arrangements. Mr. Dingsdale has served as an officer and director of various resource and technology companies. Currently he is a director of Hinterland Metals Inc. (TSXV:HMI), a junior mineral exploration company active in Quebec. In addition, he has completed the Canadian Securities Course, and the Mining and Mineral Exploration program at the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
Mr. Bhamji has been a senior accountant at Bhamji Taxation Services Inc. since 1995. In addition to his work with individuals and private corporations, he has acted as an officer or director for a number of publicly listed companies. Currently he is CFO of Tajiri Resources Corp (TSXV:TAJ). Mr. Bhamji is well versed in financial reporting, regulatory compliance and corporate governance. He is a graduate and class valedictorian of Vancouver Community College (2001) in British Columbia.
Mr. Fekete is a professional geologist who has worked throughout Canada in the mineral exploration business for over 35 years. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Geology) degree from the University of British Columbia (1986), and is member of the Ordre des géologues du Québec and the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia. He brings experience and expertise ranging from grassroots prospecting to advanced project management to corporate development. In 1999 he founded Hinterland Metals Inc. (TSXV:HMI) as a private prospecting syndicate and successfully transformed it into a public company that is active primarily in Quebec. He is currently President, CEO and a director of Hinterland. In addition he has served as an officer or director of numerous publicly traded exploration companies.
Mr. Smith has been with Taku Gold since 2005 and brings over 30 years’ experience in the capital markets to his position. He has expertise in corporate management, administration, finance and public relations. Currently he is an independent director of Kontrol Energy Corp. (CSE:KNR), and has contributed at the management and board level to a number of resource and technology companies. Mr. Smith obtained his Bachelor of Arts (Economics) degrees from the University of Toronto (1982), and has completed the Canadian Securities Course and the Canadian Investment Management Course Part I.
